Care instructions
My hats are made of 100% cotton. To maintain the color and longevity , I recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Putting caps through the dryer will dull the color and shorten the lifespan of the cap.
How soon will my item ship?
Most scrub caps don't exist until the order is placed. They are placed in a queue and made as orders come in. This can take time. I do work part time, so that takes up some of my time as well. If you need a rush on your order, I do offer a "rush my order" option which will put your order at the front of the queue for a fee.
Custom and personalized orders
I love custom orders! Feel free to message me about any themes or teams you’d like. You can send me links to fabrics you like, caps you've seen that you like, or I can make a custom fabric just for you, for a fee. I offer fabric design services in addition to making scrub caps.
Why isn't *item* front and center on my cap?
I am ashamed to admit that while I am typically a 4.0 student, I failed Psychic Arts at Hogwarts. If you don't communicate that you want a character or symbol front and center on your scrub cap, I don't know these things; I will cut the fabric to preserve as much of it as I can for the next customer. However, I will be happy to make it as perfect for you as I can if you just let me know. Leave me a note to seller when you check out or message me with your specifics and be prepared to be happy with your purchase.
Do you make bouffant, etc. caps?
I make caps that I want to make. At this time, I am very busy with the styles I make and I don't have time to branch out with additional styles. But there are lots of fantastic Etsy sellers that do make the styles that you are looking for! I am flattered that you have come to me and I wish I could accommodate everyone, but I'm just one person.
